This is the 541R I'm currently using, built at West Bromwich Birmingham in 1959. Having owned the car for 13 years, I've gradually improved it, replacing any non original parts etc. It has the triple carbed 4 litre DS5 engine.

We are Jensen 541 enthusiasts and over the past 20 years have saved dozens of 541 from being scraped or broken for spare parts. People in the UK are only just appreciating their style and build quality at a time when most are being shipped abroad. The 541 is an easy car to maintain and restore.
Each year we take part in a rally as part of Kemble Air Day, alongside vintage aircraft and vehicles of all descriptions. We've represented the Jensen marque from the first airday at Kemble and usually get a strong following of about 9 541s. It is well worth a visit if you like Jensen 541s, but unfortunatly, for the past 4 years it has clashed with the Jensen International Rally. We will publish the dates on this site as soon as we have them confirmed and hope to meet you there for a great day out.
